Ingredients
2 cups whipping Cream
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 cups light corn syrup
1/2 cup water
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter ( 1 stick)
 

Instructions
warm cream and condensed milk
separate pot combine corn syrup, water and sugar. Bring to boil. candy thermometer to 250. add butter and cream mixture. stir occasionally to 244.
remove from heat pour until foil lines tray. Let it sit for 24 hours. cut into pieces.
Dip in tempered chocolate
