Mix brownie mix as directed on box. Spread in pizza pan and bake 350° for 15 mins. cool. Mix togather butter, brown sugar and cream cheese. Spread on cooled brownies. chop up candy bars and sprinkle on top. Drixxle melted chocolate chips on top.
