     Roasted Russet and Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
1 pound russet potatoes, cut in half lengthwise and slice into ½-inch thin slices
1 pound garnet sweet potatoes, cut in half lengthwise and slice into ½-inch thin slices
1 onion, sliced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 cloves garlic, chopped
fresh ground black pepper
salt
olive oil
 

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Lay out on a sheet pan and roast in the oven for 30 minutes.
Change the oven to broil and broil the potatoes for about 5 to 10 minutes, until crispy and browned on top.
