Dirt Pudding

Ingredients

 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
-
 12 oz. cool whip
-
 1/4 c. powdered sugar
-
 3 c. milk
-
 2 pkgs. French vanilla instant pudding
-
 1 pkg. oreos, crushed
 
Instructions
Mix cream cheese, cool whip and powdered sugar.Add milk and pudding. Place 1/2 of the crushed oreos on bottom of a 9x13 pan. Spread pudding mixture on next. Last, spread the rest of the crushed oreos on top. Refridgerate.
