Mix flour, butter and chopped nuts for crust. Press into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 mins. Cool. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip well. Spread on crust. Third, spread mixed pudding over cream cheese mixture and lastly, top with a layer of cool whip. Garnish with chopped nuts if desired.
