     Brown Rice Pilaf

Ingredients
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup quick brown rice
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1 cup corn
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 red pepper
chopped parsley
 
1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions
Bring chicken broth to boil. Add rice and cook according to recipe on the box.
In a separate skillet, melt butter. Saute red peppers. Mix in onion powder and minced garlic. Cook for around 10 minutes.
Add corn, parsley, and pecans. Cook for another couple of minutes. Add eggs and cook until done.
Once eggs and rice are done, add rice to the skillet. Serve warm
