1 bunch of cilantro (can't go wrong with adding more)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 jalapenos
2 cloves garlic
Instructions
Peal skin off tomatoes. Chop tomatoes, onions, garlic and cucumbers into a large bowl. Pick the cilantro leaves off the steam and chop finely. Squeeze limes into the large bowl.
For a spicy salsa, cut the jalapenos and stir into the bowl. Either use one or two, taste to make sure it is spicy enough for you!
Stir well and let it sit over night! Serve and enjoy!
