.5 cup of whipping cream

4 tbsp espreso
|

1 cup butter
|

1 cup dark chocolate
|
|
2 tbsp of vialua or other coffee liquer

dust with cocoa powder

Instructions |
|
|
Heat cream, espresso, and butter. Bring to a boil
and take off heat. Add chocolate pieces and liqueur
to hot mass. Stir until chocolate is dissolved.

|
Transfer to cake-form layered with aluminum foil.
Leave in fridge for atleast 2 hours to harden
|
|
|
Once hard, cut into pieces, sprinkle with cocoa
powder, and place in tin
|
