Mix tahini, garlic, and salt until no lumps
remaining. Mix in oil, then lemon juice, and a tbsp
of water. Allow sauce to sit for a few minutes, then
mix again. Add i tbsp more of water for a thinner
sauce.
Spoon cauliflower to serving plates and spon sauce
over cauliflower. Top with parsley
