Ingredients
4 small baking potatoes
1/4 lb Velveeta cheese
1 lb ground beef
1 small tomato
2 green onions
1/2 cup sour cream
 
Instructions
prick potatoes with fork at several spots microwave on high or just until tender turning after 7 min
brown meat in skillet add cheese and tomato and onions cook until cheese is melted and mixture is well blended stirring frequently
split potatoes mash insides wit fork top with meat mix and sour cream
