4 cups frozen potatoes with peppers and onions thawed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
cook bacon in large nonstick skillet on med heat
for 5 min or until crisp remove bacon and discard
drippings
add chicken to skillet cook 5 min on each side or
until done remove from skillet cover to keep warm
rumble bacon add to skillet with potatoes cook and
stir 5 min until heated through
place chicken over potatoes top with cheese cook 2
min until cheese is melted
