Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
3/4 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
2 tbs ketchup
1 c. milk
salt
pepper
topping-
 
2 tbs mustard
2 tbs brown sugar
2 tbs ketchup
Instructions
combine ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, egg, ketchup, milk, salt and pepper in large bowl.
form mixture into a loaf in baking dish leaving an inch around edges to pour grease out after baking.
bake in preheated 375° oven for about an hour or until meat is fully cooked through.
whisk together mustard brown sugar and ketchup in small bowl. pour over loaf and bake another 10-15 minutes.
