     Tuscan chicken

Ingredients
2 spring chickens halved with skin
Tuscan herbs
olive oil
butter
 

Instructions
Wash and pat dry the chicken. Rub with the tuscan herbs, salt & pepper. Heat the the pan and add some oil & butter.
Brown the chicken on both sides, then transfer to an oven dish. Put into a pre-heated oven (170C) for 15 minutes to finish cooking.
