Skin and chop the potatoes into 1cm slabs. Fry until soft. set aside. Fry onions & garlic until soft. Add potatoes, onions, chopped spring onion and raw ground beef and mix well together. Season.
Make into patties. Beat an egg. Dip patties into the egg and shallow fry.
