1 pork tenderloin (cut into 1 inch slices) or pork chops
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, sliced
1 can Campbells condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
1 can sliced peaches, drained, reserving juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1/4 c pecans, toasted and broken into large pieces
Instructions
Heat oil in skillet over med-high heat. Add pork and cook until well browned on both sides. Remove from skillet.
Add garlic and onions to skillet, cook and stir for 1 min. Add soup, peach juice, soy sauce and honey to skillet and heat to a boil. Cook for 5 min or until soup mixture is slightly reduced.
Return pork to skillet. Stir in peaches. Reduce heat to low. Cook until pork is cooked through.
Stir in pecans and sprinkle with remaining green onion. Serve over rice.
