     Curry Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
6 10 oz packages frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
4 whole chicken breasts, cooked & cut into small pieces
3 8 oz packages sharp, shredded, cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of celery soup
2 large lemons--juice from these
2 "cans" Hellmans' mayo
curry powder
cornflakes
butter
 

Instructions
For sauce: Mix 2 cans of soup w/ 2 cans of mayo and juice from 2 lemons. Add curry powder--add more than you think you should--it cooks down in flavor.
Spray glass casserole dish with cooking spray and layer: spinach-chicken-cheese-sauce 3 times. Top with cornflakes about 1" thick and place pats of butter on top of this. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for one hour.
