     WW Skinny Pot Pie Casserole

Ingredients
4 chicken fillets- boneless and skinless
1 can reduced ff cream of mushroom, celery or chicken soup
1/2 c onions chopped
1 pkg frozen mixed vegetables
1 box stove top stuffing
5 sprays of oilve oil
 

Instructions
Spray large frying pan with oil. Brown fillets adding onions at end. Cook until onions are tender. Add soup and jst warm the whole mixture. Microwave the frozen vegetables, just until thawed ( in 9x12 glass baking dish). Pour the soup mixture over the vegetables. Top with dry stuffing mix. Bake covered at 375 for approximately 30 minutes; until bubbling at the bottom. Uncover and let the top brown slightly.
