2 tbsp. hoisin sauce (oriental aisle at grocery store)
water, just enough to cover
sea salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
chili powder
cayenne
2 small cans of cannelini or chickpeas beans
Instructions
Slice onion and garlic put in sauce pan and fry with oil till onion can be seen through. Add sausages and cook till almost done.
Add hoison sauce then add water enough to cover-add salt, pepper, chili and cayenne. Let cook for 30 minutes, add water when necessary. When almost finished add the beans and let cook for another 10 minutes.
