     Eggnog Pound Cake

1 (16 ox ) pkg pound cake mix
1 1/4 c eggnog
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
1/2 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350. Beat all ingredients together at low speed with electric mixer until well blended. Increase speed to medium and beat 2 minutes. Pour into lightl greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack 10 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack and cool 1 hour.
an make into cup cakes. Spoon into muffin pan and bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes. For icing beat 1/2 c softened butter, 1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese with electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add 1 (16 oz) pkg powdered sugar alternately with 1/4 c eggnog, beginning and ending with sugar and beating at low speed. Add 1/2 tsp freshly ground nutmeg and 1/2 tsp vanilla; beat until smooth, spread on cupcakes.
