     Greek Style Skillet

Ingredients
1 Pound Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
2 Teaspoons Oregano Leaves
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 14 ounce can Reduced Sodium Beef Broth
1 14 ounce can Diced Tomatoes
2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
1 1/2 Cous Uncooked Pene Pasta
 
1 1/2 Cups Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained
3/4 Cup Crumbled Feta Cheese, divided

Instructions
Cook ground beef and onion in large skillet. Drain fat. Add spices and mix well
Stir in broth, tomatoes and tomato paste. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium. Add pasta, cover and cook 10 minutes or until pasta is nearly done. Stir in spinach and 1/2 Cup feta. Cover and cook an additional 5 minutes.
Remove from heat. Sprikle with remaining feta, cover 5 minutes and serve.
