     Corned Beef and Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
2-3 lb corned beef
1 med onion sliced
2 potatoes peeled and sliced
1 qt water
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
1/4 head cabbage sliced
 

Instructions
Cut the corned beef into small chunks.Place into a 4 qt slow cooker. Sprinkle with pickling spices included with corned beef.Add the onion slices and potatoes. Cover with water, sprinkle with salt and pepper.Place cabbage on top of the meat and vegetables
Cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours or on high setting 5 to 7 hours
