Cube the loaf of bread. Whisk all other ingredients toether in a medium bowl. Dump in bread cubes and toss to coat.

If possible let soak in the fridge overnight or at this point you can also freeze everything for later.
|
|
|
|
Pour into a 13x9 sprayed pan and bake uncoveredat 350f for 55-65min. Use the jiggle test for doneness. if the center still jiggles when you shake the dish, it needs more time in the oven.

|
|
|
Sprinkle with powder surgar and serve with syrup.
