Instructions |

|
To prepare batter, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, egg, milk and oil in a large bowl.

Dip the pork chops in the batter, coating evenly, them roll them in the bread crumbs.

Lay out pork chops on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until done (turn if necessary) 40 to 50 minutes. 695 calories per serving
