     Meatball Sliders

Ingredients
1 Pound Ground Beef
5 Ounces Frozen Spinach, Thawed, Rinsed and Drained
1/2 Cup Onion, Diced
3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Cup Maranara Sauce
8 Dinner Rolls
 
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded

Instructions
Mix ground beef, spinach, onion, garlic, and salt and pepper in a large bowl.
Warm oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Gently shape the meat mixture into 8 balls. Cook meatballs on all sides until cooke through, about 12 minutes.
Warm maranara sauce in a small saucepan or microwave. Spoon 1 Tablespoon sauce on the top and bottom of each roll, the sprinkle with cheese. Top bottom roll with a meatball and place the top in each one.
