     Cornell Duck Breasts

Ingredients
Duck breasts
1 Cup Orange Juice
1 Cup Beef Boullion
1/2 Cup Grand Marneir
1/2 Cup White Cornm Syrup
1/4 Cup Worchestershire Sauce (Optional)
Flour for dredging breasts
 

Instructions
Pound duck breasts, flour and brown in olive oil. Place in 9x12x3 casserole dish. Cover with sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 60 minutes
Uncover and bake an additional 15-20 minutes umntil sauce is thick.
