Ingredients
1 lb Italian Sausage
1 clove garlic minced
1 T whole basil or italian seasoning
1 1/2 t salt
16 oz canned tomatoes
12 oz canned tomato paste
10 oz lasagna noodles
2 eggs
3 cups ricotta cheese
 
1/2 cup grated parmesan
2 T parsley flakes
2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1 lb mozzarella cheese, sliced thinly

Instructions
Brown meat slowly, spoon off excess fat. Add next 5 ingredients, simmer uncovered 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Cook noodles. Beat eggs, add remaining ingredients to eggs, except mozzarella. Preheat oven to 375º.
Layer half the noodles in a 13 x 9 x 2 inches baking dish. Spread half the ricotta filling on top. Spread half the mozzarella then half the mean sauce on top. Repeat.
Bake for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving or assemble early, refrigerate, and bake for 45 minutes.
