Take one lbs Hamburger, 4 slices of bread, 2 eggs, 1/2 tsp of italian seasoning mix. Mix well. make mixture into balls. cook in hot salad oil. Cover on low heat. meatballs are done when the juice runs clear. set on pater towels to drain.
warm sauce than add meatballs. bring to a boil than let simmer for at least 1/2 hr.
The more it simmers the better they taste.
