     Lamb Korma

Ingredients
1/2Kg Lamb
2 Onions
1/2 tin chopped tomatoes
1 teaspoon Jeera Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
2 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
bunch of coriander and mint leaves, few curry leaves
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
 
5 cashewnuts
5 tablesoo grated coconut
1 green chilli
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon pepper
Chilli Powder
2 potatoes, quartered

Instructions
Blend Cashews and coconut with water to make a fine paste. Keep aside.
Fry chopped onions in little onion and blend with 1 green chilli, coriander and mint leaves. Heat oil and fry onion paste and add ginger garlic paste. Saute until raw smell goes. Add chopped tomatoes, and saute until tomatoes are mashed and cooked. Add Coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, pepper powder,curry leaves, salt, lamb, chilli powder and fry until spices are cooked and meat is slighly fried and changes colour. Add potatoes , water & cook in pressure cooker.
When cool, open pressure cooker and mix blenden cashew mix and simmer for 5 minuites.
