     Make Ahead Breakfast Caserole

Ingredients
2 1/2 cup, seasoned croutons
1lb sausage (ex- Jimmy Dean- Hot)
4 eggs
2 1/2 cup milk
1 can, cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 (4 oz) can mushrooms, drained and chopped
1 cup (4 oz) shredded Monteray Jack cheese
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
 

Instructions
spread croutons on bottom of greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Crumble sausage into skilled and cook until browned.
Whisk eggs and milk in large bowl. Stir in soup, spinach, mushrooms, cheese, and mustard.
Pour mixture over sausage and croutons.
Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 for 50-55 minutes or until set and lightly browned on top
