     Mexican Energy Soup

Ingredients
1/2 cup water
1 lemon, juiced by hand or electric juicer
1 handful parsley
1 red bell pepper, rough chop
1/2 cucumber, rough chop
1 inch of ginger
2 garli cloves, peeled
5 chard leaves, cut out vein & rough chop
1 handful grape tomatoes
 
1 Tcoriander
1 t nama shoyu
1 T cumin
1 t cayenne
1 avocado

Instructions
Put all ingredients in a blender in order. Blend until very smooth. You may need to add a little more water depending on the kind of blender you have. Taste it and adjust seasonings. Your body will love this one!
Serving Suggestions
Pour into bowls and sprinkle a garnish of cayenne, basil, sunflower seeds, or anything else you like.
