     Cheesecake German Style

Ingredients
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Flour
1/2 Stick Butter or Margarine
4 Tablespoons Sugar
2 Eggs
Juice and rind of 1/2 of a lemon
Filling, 1/2 Stick Butter or Marg softened
Filling, 1 Cup Sugar
 
Filling, Juice of 1/2 of a lemon
Filling, 2 Eggs
Filling, 1 1/2 pounds of smooth cottage cheese
Filling, 3 Tablespoons Flour
Filing, Cinnammon as desired

Instructions
Use greased 11 inch spring form pan. Oven- 350 degrees
To make the base- Stir together flour and baking powder, set aside. Cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs, dry ingredients and lemon rinds and juice. Pan into bottom of greased pan. Set aside. Pre-heat oven at this time.
To make the filling- Beat at medium speed of electric mixer the butter and sugar until
