Place potatoes in saucepan; bring to boil; cook until tender. Usually 20-30 minutes. Drain and cool. Sprinkle with vinegar.
Add green pepper, onion, pickles and seasoning blend and pepper. Fold in mayo, salad dressing, mustard and egg whites. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
