     Oven-Crisp Chicken or Pork Chops with Honey Mustar

Ingredients
4 pieces of boneless and skinless chicken thighs or pork chops
1 egg or half & half
2 tbsps. honey or dijon mustard
1 cup of bread crumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
 

Instructions
Set the oven to 350 degrees. Place a wire rack inside a baking sheet and spray it with Pam.
In a shallow bowl, beat the egg and mustard. In another bowl , stir together bread crumbs and cheese.
Dip a piece in the egg mixture and shake off excess. Finally dip it into the bread crumb and shake off the excess. Place on the rack. Repeat with all pieces.
If slices of meat thin bake for 20 minutes
