Ingredients
8 eggs slightly beaten
1 can saurkraurt rinsed and drained
2 cups shredded swiss cheese
1 pkg deli corned beef cut into 1 inch peices
1/2 cup green onions chopped
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
 
3 slices rye bread toasted and chopped
1/4 cup butter melted

Instructions
in large bowl combine first 9 ingredients pour into a greased 11x7 inch pan cover and refrigerate overnight remove from refrigerator 30 min prior to baking toss the bread pieces and butter sprinkle over the casserole
bake uncovered 350 for 40-45 min or until knife inserted comes out clean let stand 10 min before serving
