     Ham Loaf & Cherry Preserves

Ingredients
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup eggbeaters
salt - pepper to taste
1 lb ground fully cooked ham
1/2 lb. ground sausage
1/2 cup cherry peseerves
1 Tbls cider vinegar
 
Instructions
Mix first 4 ingredients
Add ham and sausage over top, mix well. Shape into 9x5x3 loaf pan.
Bake uncovered 375 for 1 hour or until meat thermometer reads 160.
In saucepan, mix preserves and vinegar. Cook and stir over medium heat for 5 min or until heated through. Serve over ham loaf.
