     Bourbon and Brown Sugar Strips

Ingredients
2 NY Strips
3 cups Bourbon
1 cup brown sugar
 
Instructions
Tenderize steaks and score meat on one side (diagonally).
Place steaks in a casserole dish, scored side up. Pour bourbon over the steaks and spread brown sugar on top.
Marinate 1-3 hours in the refrigerator.
Cook steaks to desired temperature.
