     Ham and Corn Casserole

Ingredients
2 cup soft bread cubes (frozen are ideal)
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 TBS melted butter/margin
1 cup cooked peas/corn
2 TBS onion, chopped
3 TBS margin
3 TBS flour
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
 
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup meat (chicken/ham)

Instructions
Mix bread cubes and cheese with butter. Spread 1/2 mixture in bottom of a large baking pan.
Spread corn. Cook onion in margin. Add flour and seasoning. Cook over low heat. As soon as butter starts to boil, take off heat.
Slowly add milk into pan using whisk. Bring to a boil. Stir in meat and pour over corn.
Top with left over bread crumbs. Bake at 350 deg. for 25 minutes.
