     Sudden Valley Green Beans

Ingredients
One 12 oz package frozen french style green beans
One 10 oz can sliced mushrooms
One 10 oz can mushroom soup
1/3 cup cream or milk
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
dash pepper
1/2 cup buttered croutons
1/3 cup parmesean cheese
 

Instructions
Cook beans until tender and crisp.
Drain, butter and 1 quart casserole dish and layer beans and mushrooms.
Mix soup and cream. Add garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over beans and mushrooms. Cover with croutons and sprinkle with cheese.
Prepare ahead and refrigerate covered. Bake uncovered 300 degrees for 1 hour.
