     Baked Blueberry French Toast

10 slices day old french/italitian bread
4 eggs
1 tspn. vanilla extract
1/4 tspn. baking powder
3 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
1/3 cup sugar
2 tbspns. melted butter
1 tspn. cinnamon

Beat eggs, vanilla and baking powder in a bowl and pour them into a long baking dish. Arrange bread over egg mixture in a single layer.
Mix blueberries, sugar, butter and cinnamon and spread in bottom of a second long baking dish.
Cover and chill over night.
Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Remove slices of bread and place carefully over blueberries. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until bread is golden brown on top.
