     Pasty Jarrell's Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 ½ lbs. ground beef
1 t. salt
¼ t. pepper
2 slices bread toasted and crumbled for dry bread crumbs
1 small container chopped stuffed olives (drain)
1 egg (wisk before adding)
1 small onion finely chopped
2 stalks celery finely chopped
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce (1 more to cover Meatloaf)
 
1 can Rotel (drain)
1 t. Worchestershire Sauce

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together!! Spray a 5 X 3 pan with Pam and put the meatloaf in the pan. Cover meatloaf with 1 more 8 oz. can tomato sauce.
You may need to cook the meatloaf on top of a cookie sheet to prevent overflow.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
