4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup mayo
|

2 cup frozen stir-fry vegetables

1 tbsp soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

3 cups cooked rice
|

Instructions |
|
|
|
Flatten chicken between two pieces of wax paper..to
cook evenly and quickly. Heat oil in large skillet
over medium heat.

Add chicken; cook for 6 minutes, turning once. Stir
in remaining ingredients except rice.

|
|
Cover and cook 7 minutes, or until chicken is cooked
through.
|
|
|
|
Serve over hot rice.
