     Black Bean and Poblano Dip

Ingredients
2 Cups Fresh, Roasted Poblano Chilis, seeded and deveigned
14.5 Ounce Can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Cup Scallions, chopped
1 Cup, Diced Fresh Tomatoes
2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
 

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Chill at least 8 hours before serving.
1/4 Cup Per Serving. 1/4 Cup = 1 Points Plus
