     Chocolate Creme Brulee

Ingredients
1 cup milk
1 cup cream
2 eggs
2 tbsp sugar
120 g dark chocolate
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 170 C. Use ramekins or 4 cups pudding mould.
Bring to boil milk and cream. Add dark chocolate and stir to melt.
Whisk egg with sugar and then add slowly while stirring with low heat to milk mixture. Pour into moulds and bake for approx. 20-30 mins.
