     Creamed Carrots

Ingredients
2 cans of carrots, washed and drained
1 stick butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup sugar
2 cups miniature marshmallows
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish.
In a small mixing bowl place the carrots and butter. Beat throughly. Add flavorings, sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
Mash until fairly smooth. Pour into buttered baking dish and bake until bubbly.
Top with marshmallows and return to oven until marshmallows are slightly browned.
