Whisk egg whites in pie plate. Mix cornflake crumbs and almonds on sheet of wax paper. Dip chicken tenders, 1 piece at a time, into egg whites, then into crumb mixture, pressing to adhere. Place chicken in single layer on baking sheet; spray with with nonstick spray. Bake until golden brown and cooked through, about 30 mins.
