This is so good. You can easily vary the ingredients. Keep all the main ingredients like shrimp, mush, etc. separate until the end so the flavors don't blend.

Omygosh - we are eating good in Mississippi. This recipe is devine. I did increase the amount of rock shrimp to 1 lb simply because we just love shrimp. Thank you for sharing.
