With mixer, beat together cake mix, butter and 2 eggs. Pour into greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
Beat softened cream cheese with remaining 2 eggs, add confectioners sugar, less 2 tbls which you will set aside. Beat cream cheese mixture until smooth. Spread over cake mixture and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. When cake is cool, sprinkle with reserved 2 tablespoons of sugar.
