Cook above ingredients, except barbecue sauce, 10-12 hours on low in crock pot. Lift out meat and tear apart. Keep small amount of juice to add to meat. Add 1/2 - 1 bottle barbecue sauce, according to taste. Cook 1 hour or 20 minutes in microwave oven. Serve on buns. This is very good!!!!
