1 -16 oz bag of macaroni noodles (I prefer the shells)
1 block of the Velveeta cheese
1 -32 oz bag of Mexican blend cheese
1- 16oz bag of sharp cheddar
1 stick of butter
2 eggs
½ cup of milk
Instructions
Boil the noodles until Al Dente, drain and place in a tin.
Cut the block of Velveeta cheese and butter into small squares. Beat eggs into 1/2 cup of milk. Pour milk and egg mixture over noodles. Stir in Mexican blend cheese and Velveeta cheese and butter. Smooth out mixture and sprinkle sharp cheddar on the top.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 35 to 45 mins in a 375 degree oven. Check periodically to see if the sharp cheddar has melted and is golden. If so, it is ready. If not, check every 5 mins or so.
