Put the cookies in a zip lock bag and roll over them with a rolling
pin or can. We want the cookies smashed.
Soften the cream cheese in the microwave and add to a bowl with
the crushed cookies. Again, smash and combine. I then put the
mixture in the refrig, so it is easier to roll into bite sized balls.
When concoction is chilled, roll in to small balls and dip into
melted ( in the microwave ) chocolate, and chill again. Serve at
room temp or slightly cold. The warmer the OREO DELIGHT, the
more truffle like.
Another variation.... Use Mint Oreos.
